Is participation free?
Participation details, inclusions and any applicable charges will be communicated by the organising committee before confirmation.
Can I participate with my family?
Yes. Families may register together by selecting the family or group participation category.
Can I participate with a motorcycle?
Yes. Motorcycle participants must hold a valid licence, wear a certified helmet and follow all traffic and rally instructions.
Can an organisation register several vehicles?
Yes. Organisations may provide group and vehicle details through the participant registration form, including repeatable additional vehicle entries.
Is registration confirmation automatic?
No. Every registration is subject to verification, capacity, permissions and approval by the organising committee.
Will participants receive route details?
Confirmed participants will receive the reporting point, reporting time, parking information, route plan and safety instructions.
Can businesses sponsor the event?
Yes. Financial, service-based and in-kind partnership opportunities are available, subject to review, approval and a written agreement.
Can we organise a Tiranga Rally in another city?
Yes. Organisations and citizens across India may submit local rally details through the Organise a Rally page.
Will the event be covered by the media?
The organisers plan to document and publicise the initiative. Coverage of any participant, organisation or local rally is not guaranteed.
How will I know my form was submitted?
The website provides an on-screen reference number and a printable acknowledgement. An email acknowledgement is also attempted when WordPress email is correctly configured.
Where are submissions stored?
All submissions are securely stored inside the WordPress administration area. Administrators can review records, update processing status and export CSV files.
