Cancellation Policy

Participant Withdrawal

A registered participant who cannot attend should notify the organising team using the contact page and quote the submission reference number. Withdrawal does not require deletion of records needed for administration or legal purposes.

Event Changes

The organising committee may postpone, modify, shorten, relocate, reroute or cancel the rally because of permissions, weather, security, public safety, government directions, force majeure or operational requirements.

Participation Charges

Any applicable charges, inclusions, refund conditions or non-refundable components must be clearly communicated before payment. The default website theme does not collect online payments.

Sponsorship Cancellation

Sponsorship cancellation, substitution, credits and refunds are governed by the final written sponsorship agreement. Production expenses, media commitments, completed deliverables, taxes and third-party costs may be non-refundable.

In-Kind Support

Return, replacement or cancellation of in-kind products and services depends on whether the contribution has been ordered, customised, consumed, distributed or committed to event operations.
