By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the website only for lawful purposes. Unauthorised access, misleading submissions, spam, harmful uploads and interference with website operation are prohibited.

Registration Is Not Confirmation

A participant, sponsor, local-rally or media submission is an application or expression of interest. It does not guarantee acceptance, participation, approval, publication, brand benefits, route access, passes or any other entitlement.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants must comply with organiser instructions, applicable laws, police and traffic directions, safety requirements and respectful handling of the Indian National Flag. The organisers may refuse or cancel participation when safety, capacity, legal, behavioural or operational concerns arise.

Changes and Cancellation

Event dates, times, routes, assembly points, destinations, programmes, access arrangements and benefits may change because of permissions, weather, security, public safety, operational requirements or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Sponsorship

Sponsorship benefits are valid only when confirmed in writing. Branding and deliverables remain subject to payment or agreed contribution, production timelines, availability, permissions, venue and authority restrictions, and compliance with the final written agreement.

Local Rally Organisers

Local organisers are independently responsible for permissions, insurance where applicable, traffic and crowd management, emergency planning, public safety, legal compliance, route suitability, participant conduct and respectful flag usage. Website registration is not government or police approval.

Submitted Content

People submitting photographs, videos, documents or stories confirm that they have the right to submit the material and that its use will not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights. Submitted content may be reviewed, edited, declined or removed.

Liability

Participation involves inherent travel, crowd and road risks. To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants remain responsible for their own conduct, vehicles, licences, insurance, health, belongings and compliance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
