Safety and Participation Guidelines
Every participant must help ensure that Tiranga Rally 2026 remains peaceful, disciplined, safe and respectful.
Responsible Participation is Essential
Participation may be refused or cancelled when an applicant fails to comply with safety, legal or organisational requirements.
- Follow all instructions issued by organisers, police and traffic authorities.
- Carry and display the National Flag respectfully.
- Do not allow the flag to touch the ground or use it as inappropriate decoration.
- Do not use damaged, soiled or incorrectly designed flags.
- Wear a helmet when riding a motorcycle.
- Use seat belts while travelling in cars.
- Maintain a safe distance between vehicles.
- Do not overspeed, race, perform stunts or drive dangerously.
- Do not obstruct emergency vehicles or public services.
- Avoid unauthorised loudspeakers, political slogans or provocative messages.
- Do not consume alcohol or intoxicating substances before or during the rally.
- Keep the rally route and assembly areas clean.
- Cooperate with volunteers and authorised officials.
- Children must remain under adult or institutional supervision.
Vehicle Readiness
Vehicles should be roadworthy, insured and operated only by licensed drivers. Do not attach flags in a manner that blocks visibility or affects safe operation.
Emergency Readiness
Keep emergency contact details available, stay hydrated, follow medical instructions and allow emergency services priority passage.
Flag Respect
Participants are expected to understand and respect the applicable requirements for dignified display and handling of the National Flag.
